•The content of this course is protected by the copy right laws which applies not only in Australia but also in your country, the platform / software used to deliver this course is designed to report any copy right breaches, such as sharing your account information with a friend or sharing the course material with anyone else, system is detecting machine name and the IP address of your (computer, laptop, tablet or mobile).

•The course fees you paid is only for your personal use, personal use does not include sharing the course content by any means with any other person.

•Copyright penalties reaches from 2 to 5 years imprisonment under Copyright Act 1968 and Crimes Act 1914.

•This course is for applicants who are willing to dedicate time on reading the detailed requirements set by the skills assessment authorities, states, territories and the Department of Home Affairs, if you can’t dedicate time, then I would recommend you seek help from a Registered Migration Agent or Migration Lawyer who would be better help you.

•This course is NOT designed for Trade occupations such as (Electrician or Plumber, etc) and NOT focused on onshore applicants

•This course is NOT designed for Australian visas other than Skilled Migration Program Visas (Subclasses 189, 190 and 491).

•Course provider didn’t review your application before submission; accordingly, course provider is not responsible or liable for any outcome of any application you submitted to any authority in Australia.

•Migration law and policy is changing rapidly, so instead of presenting fixed information that may be outdated later, the course intentionally designed based on hands-on online tools and resources so you can learn how to search and follow the law and/or policy changes.

•To gain the benefits of this course, it is highly recommended to listen to all the course content, if needed repeat the parts you think you need to listen to once again.

•This course is the outcome of my many years of learning and experience in the immigration industry, I hope you enjoy and benefit from it towards your immigration journey! 

•We can’t share any templates used in this course, because law, regulations and policy are changing rapidly, so this is to protect you from working on outdated templates.

•Each course has specific course duration, please accept our apology in advance, we can’t extend the course duration under any circumstances, we highly recommend you don’t purchase any course before you are ready to start it.

•Course fee is not refundable, we highly encourage you to read the Checklist and the course outline provided in the course information page carefully which will help you knowing if this course is the right in your case.

•All courses provided must be in compliance with the Code of Conduct under the Australian Migration Act 1958, accordingly a Service Agreement must be signed and passport copy must be provided for identification purpose before you can have access to the course. 

•In case signed agreement and /or passport copy is not provided, you will not have access to the course and the paid course fee will be refunded to you.
